Game Description
Goons of Balatroon (GOB) is a card game built with the Unity engine on the Ethereum blockchain using Layer 2 solution Immutable X, which includes 2D and 3D elements.
The game uses a variety of NFTs that can be used in gameplay, sold on the market and put into staking for in-game rewards. Players can battle each other using a combination of Goon cards in the form of NFT or basic non-NFT cards. NFT Goon cards are much more powerful and have improved combat strategies. Each NFT in Goons of Balatroon is functional and fully integrated into the game structure. All players have access to a free basic card pool that can be used to build their deck.
Also, NFT avatars are available for purchase on OpenSea for $ETH, which give players higher in-game rewards. There are also various appearance-changing NFTs, which come in the form of Goon Bods, customizable body enhancements; they bring unique in-game animations.
